“I pray at home, at my desk, the same place I write essays and waste time on the internet. It doesn’t matter where I pray. I’ve prayed in the street before, the world rushing past me for a few minutes. I’ve prayed on trains and planes. Nobody looks twice.”

“There isn’t a synagogue at my uni, because there aren’t enough Jews who would use it to warrant one. And to be honest, if there was, I would only use it occasionally.”

“This is a shower room in the my departmental building, School of Engineering, University of Liverpool. Though we have a good prayer room at university it is located at the opposite end of campus, 15 mins walk away, so I pray in the only secluded space I have been able to find.”

9.00am: Early morning meeting with web design team, Jammy Custard Studios

Putting the finishing touches to the website before the official launch.

11.00am: Giving a talk to employers at a careers event for National Apprenticeship Week.

Talking about how I can help them when it comes to employing an apprentice.

12 noon: A quick piece to camera

Then asked to do a quick piece to camera regarding apprenticeships for the National Society of Apprentices. Then managed to arrange the media crew to speak with a female mechanic apprentice.

2.00pm: Interview with BBC Radio Wales

BBC Radio Wales interviewed me for a small radio segment about young entrepreneurs. Doing the recording for the show later that day.

3.30pm: Back to the office.

Back to the office (Based within Sony’s UK Technology Centre in Pencoed). I answered some emails and had a well-deserved cup of tea.

4.30pm: Back on the road to my last appointment of the day.

5.00pm: Had a factory tour of TES Aviation.

They were in the process of stripping down an engine for reconditioning. That’s the end of my very busy day. Home for a well-deserved rest.
